Quincy City Councilor At-Large launches his campaign for Re-Election. 

Councilor at-Large Noel DiBona at the opening of the new SouthWest Middle School in September 2019. DiBona graduated 8th grade in 1989 from Sterling (Renamed SouthWest in 2019) Middle School and was a school building committee member for the construction of the new school.
